At Lodge Lane, the well-being of our residents is our top priority, and our Wellness Department reflects this commitment. Managed by our dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse, known as the Resident Services Director, we ensure each resident receives individualized, professional care tailored to their unique needs.

Personalized Service Plans

From the moment a resident joins our community, the Resident Services Director works closely with them and their representatives to develop a personalized service plan. This comprehensive plan outlines the care services available and ensures that each resident's stay is comfortable, supportive, and enriching. The service plan evolves as needs change, guaranteeing consistent, high-quality care throughout their journey at Lodge Lane.

Around-the-Clock Professional Care

Our licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants provide compassionate and professional care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This includes:

• Medication management: Monitoring and administering medications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Health oversight: Addressing any medical concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Daily living support: Certified nursing assistants are skillfully trained to assist with grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility, all while promoting independence and dignity.

Whether residents require minimal assistance or more comprehensive support, our team is always available to deliver the care they need.

Access to On-Site Medical Expertise

Residents are welcome to maintain their relationships with their current primary care providers and attend regularly scheduled appointments. For added convenience, Lodge Lane’s Medical Director is available on-site weekly and provides 24-hour emergency care for residents who choose to enroll in this program.

Flexible Pharmacy Options

Residents at Lodge Lane also have the freedom to select their preferred pharmacy, including mail-order services for added convenience. For those interested, we partner with a trusted local pharmacy that offers delivery services directly to the community, ensuring medications are always readily accessible.
